Silipo Coffee Return & Refund Policy 

Return Policy

Silipo Coffee will be more than happy to accept a return on a purchase, provided the following conditions are met. 

  • Your return enquiry is to be made no later then 7 days of receiving your order. 
  • The items are unused and show no signs of use, wear or damage and are retuned in the original packaging. 

Silipo Coffee will not offer a refund unless refund policy guidelines are met. The cost of return shipping will be at customers expense, so please choose carefully when making a purchase. 

Refund Policy 

Silipo Coffee will offer a full refund on a purchase, provided that the following conditions are met:

  • The product is physically faulty or damaged. Customers are entitled to to have products repaired under warranty where a warranty is applied. Silipo Coffee will determine warranty repairs on products. 
  • An incorrect item was shipped or does not match product descriptions and photos. 
  • Item is out of stock or unavailable at time of ordering.
