Return Policy

Silipo Coffee will be more than happy to accept a return on a purchase, provided the following conditions are met.

Your return enquiry is to be made no later then 7 days of receiving your order.

The items are unused and show no signs of use, wear or damage and are retuned in the original packaging.

Silipo Coffee will not offer a refund unless refund policy guidelines are met. The cost of return shipping will be at customers expense, so please choose carefully when making a purchase.

Refund Policy

Silipo Coffee will offer a full refund on a purchase, provided that the following conditions are met:

The product is physically faulty or damaged. Customers are entitled to to have products repaired under warranty where a warranty is applied. Silipo Coffee will determine warranty repairs on products.

An incorrect item was shipped or does not match product descriptions and photos.

Item is out of stock or unavailable at time of ordering.
