Silipo Coffee Return & Refund Policies

Return Policy

Silipo Coffee will be more than happy to accept a return on a purchase provided the following conditions are met:

  • The return enquiry is made no later than 7 days after receipt of the order.
  • The customer has proof of purchase.
  • The item being returned shows no sign of use, wear or damage and is returned in the original packaging.

Any associated shipping costs for the return of an item will be the responsibility of the customer.

Silipo Coffee will not offer a refund unless our refund policy guidelines are met.

Refund Policy

Silipo Coffee will offer a full refund on a purchase provided the following conditions are met:

  • The refund enquiry is made no later than 7 days after receipt of the order.
  • The customer has proof of purchase.
  • The item is physically faulty or damaged.*
  • The item returned is returned in its original packaging.
  • An incorrect item was shipped or does not match the product description and photos.
  • An item is out of stock or unavailable at the time of ordering.

* The customer is entitled to have an item repaired under warranty where a warranty is applicable. Silipo Coffee will determine all warranty repairs on items.

Any associated shipping costs for the return of an item for refund will be the responsibility of the customer.
