Shipping Policy
An order confirmation email is sent to your email address after placing your order. Please keep this email as proof of your purchase.
All orders are processed and despatched within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email and payment has been verified. You will receive another notification from our freight partner when your order has been shipped.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Bulky and heavy items in excess of 25kg to residential addresses may attract additional delivery charges. We endeavour to provide an accurate estimate for these deliveries, however, sometimes additional charges are incurred by our freight partners and passed on to us and in turn to you.
We offer free shipping on all coffee bean orders over the value of $44. Free shipping will be applied when you place your coffee bean order in the cart.
Delivery is usually between 2 and 7 business days after despatch of your order, subject to your location. Sometimes events occur out of our control and/or the control of our freight partners which may cause a delay in delivery time. Rural and remote areas may experience longer delivery times.
International Shipping
We do not ship internationally only domestically – anywhere in Australia.
Shipping to P.O. Boxes
If you enter a P.O. Box as your delivery address, your order will be shipped with Australia Post and subject to Australia Post’s shipping policy.

We choose to use Aramex, Couriers Please, TNT, Allied Express and Australia Post.
