We will introduce you to various brewing techniques and devices and take you through grinding, weighing and choosing the right roast for each device, culminating with a demonstration of each. This course is recommended for the barista or home enthusiast looking for something a little left field or to expand their general brewing knowledge.

The brewing methods and devices you can expect to learn:-

  • Pour-over.
  • Chemex.
  • Coffee syphon.
  • Aeropress.
  • Cold drip.
  • Cold brew.

Duration: 2 hours.

Location: 54 Bailey Crescent, Southport.

Maximum number of people: 4.

Comfortable, closed in shoes must be worn by participants.

An Alternate Brewing Certificate will be issued on completion.

We will contact you to arrange a suitable time when payment is received.

A minimum of 72 hours notice prior to commencement of the course is required for any cancellation and a full refund will be provided.

A minimum of 24 hours notice prior to commencement of the course is required to postpone or reschedule your attendance, following which a member of our team will be in touch with you to organise another date and time.

If less than 24 hours notice is provided to cancel, postpone, reschedule, or if a person is a no show to the course, the full course fee will be forfeited.
