Recipe for a delicious chai latte:
- Add one heaped teaspoon (10g) of chai to a mug.
- Add approximately 50ml hot water and steep for at least 60 seconds.
- In a separate jug, froth 150ml milk to 68˚C.
- Pour hot milk into water, stir and sprinkle with cinnamon and enjoy.
For a creamier chai latte:-
- Add one heaped teaspoon (10g) of chai to a milk jug.
- Add 150ml milk and froth to 68˚C.
- Pour into mug, sprinkle with cinnamon and enjoy.
