This blend is made predominantly from Colombian beans which have been processed using the sugar cane method resulting in decaffeinated beans, mixed and roasted with Swiss Water decaffeinated beans from either Brazil or Mexico (subject to which beans we can source). Roasted medium for a well rounded body and low acidity, it tastes mainly of chocolate and nuts with a slight fruit finish.
This blend is good for both milk-based and black coffees.
