The Quick Mill Aquila Instant Stability is a fast heat up espresso machine made from stainless-steel with a professional E-61 chromed-brass brewing group. It has a steam wand for milk and a hot-water tap for tea; both of which are anti-burn wands.
A heat exchange lets you brew and steam at the same time. PID control lets you set brew temperature, and a pressure gauge shows boiler and brew pressure.
It uses a quiet rotative pump with an adjustable control on the machine’s right side.
It can use the built-in water tank or be plumbed directly to mains water (water and drainage hoses included).
