The La Marzocco KB90 is the ultimate evolution of the Linea PB form. This espresso machine was designed to increase the speed of service in the busiest cafes whilst making things easy for the barista due to improved workflow.
The portafilter system has been redesigned to improve workflow efficiency and to reduce the wrist strain of the barista. Efficiency can also be increased due to Steam Flush – after each extraction, a burst of steam from the group head is followed by a flush of hot water, helping keep the machine clean in the busiest of rush hours. This innovative function minimises off flavoured build up and increases the time between having to clean the group.
